Board of Trustees of the Mark West Union School District

Dee Wallace:

Mrs. Wallace was first elected to the Mark West Union School District Board of Trustees in 1992 and has served nearly 3 consecutive 4-year terms. Since 1981 Dee's involvement in the district has included many years as a parent volunteer, instructional assistant, Volunteer Coordinator and Business Office Assistant. She currently is employed by the Santa Rosa Junior College Public Safety Training Center as an Executive Assistant. She holds an Associate degree with a Business emphasis from Glendale Community College and attended California State University, Los Angeles. She and her husband of 38 years, John, have two sons, Dean and Glen, who both attended Mark West Schools.

DENISE CATER:

Mrs. Cater is married with three children and has been a resident of Santa Rosa since 1983. She has been involved in the Mark West School District since her first of her children started school in 1990. Many years of volunteering in various capacities led to a position on the school board in 1998.
